Citation

After several months of observation and reflection, it is time to collectively implement a new strategy for the school. An ambitious yet realistic strategy that further clarifies our positioning within the landscape and strengthens us, providing the necessary means to achieve excellence and robustness—key conditions for our independence and, therefore, our development. A strategy that places people at the center, promoting values of kindness, inclusion, and belonging.

A strategy co-constructed with all stakeholders, enriched by diverse perspectives.

Beyond disciplinary debates, and far from the desire to simply follow trends, our positioning will focus on digital sovereignty and sustainability. A sovereign digital ecosystem that enables all actors, whether companies or institutions, to guarantee their technological independence and fully control their data.

Sustainability, in turn, is based on responsible digital practices but extends much further. It encompasses sustainability in all areas: space, interfaces, relationships, purchasing, spending, consumption… In essence, it’s about adopting a responsible resource management approach, an imperative for a public school based on merit.

In my view, ensIIE is the leading engineering school in advanced computing and applied mathematics, training the engineers of the future—agile thinkers and leaders of progress. Its mission is to make a significant contribution to socio-economic development by training highly skilled talent, fostering innovation, research, and entrepreneurship, facilitating collaboration with industry and businesses, and promoting social and environmental responsibility among learners, helping each individual achieve their full potential.
