Program Objective

This double degree program aims to offer a select group of students a high-level education combining expertise in Computer Science (ensIIE) and Telecommunications (Télécom SudParis), within two prestigious public institutions, both located in Évry-Courcouronnes.


Target Audience

Students from ensIIE or TSP, enrolled under student status (FISE), who entered their school in the first year and have successfully completed the first 4 semesters of their program.
Program structure (2+2 model)


Year ensIIE–TSP / TSP–ensIIE


Year 1 ensIIE – 1st year / TSP – 1st year
Year 2 ensIIE – 2nd year / TSP – 2nd year
Year 3 TSP – 2nd year / ensIIE – 2nd year
Year 4 TSP – 3rd year / ensIIE – 3rd year

Students must complete at least 3 semesters at each school.

Degrees Awarded

Upon successful completion of the program:

  •    Engineering Degree from ensIIE

  •    Engineering Degree from Télécom SudParis – Institut Mines-Télécom, with the FISE or FISA specialization depending on the track

Admission Requirements

  •    Admission into the first year at either institution

  •    Successful completion of the first 4 semesters

  •    Application file (CV, academic transcripts, motivation letter)

  •    Selection based on application and interview

   4 places available per track each year

Key Features

  •    Internships: minimum of 14 weeks during the course of study

  •    Mandatory international mobility according to each school’s regulations

  •    Tuition fees paid only to the home institution (no double fees)
