Initial training under an apprenticeship status (FISA)
The FISA aims to provide students with the fundamental, technical, and practical knowledge necessary for the activities of a generalist engineer in computer science. During the training, apprentices spend half of their time at their host company and half at ENSIIE. At their host company, they primarily acquire technical skills in certain areas, as well as experience. At ENSIIE, they gain versatility and adaptability.

THE ensIIE ENGINEERING TRAINING INCLUDES:
A 6-semester program
It is a three-year work-study program divided into six semesters. The courses are organized into Units of Study (UE), which consist of one or more modules focusing on a specific thematic area. The first four semesters are entirely composed of UEs that form the core curriculum of ENSIIE's engineering program. These semesters aim to establish a strong theoretical and scientific foundation on which students can build their engineering training and develop their projects. Students acquire fundamental concepts in mathematics and computer science and are introduced to economics, management, and law.
During the fifth semester, students must choose from a range of optional UEs to specialize in an area that interests them more: security, optimization, business organization, development, systems, etc.
The final semester is entirely conducted in a company.
The teaching UEs for the first five semesters yield 20 ECTS credits per semester.
A short work-study program
The work-study program at ENSIIE follows a short model: 2 days-3 days. In other words: 2 days in the company, 3 days at ENSIIE, 2 days at ENSIIE, 3 days in the company. Apprentices carry out tasks in the company that revolve around the triad "Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering Science" to complement their school training with extensive professional experience and to develop expertise in one or more fields.
The sixth and final semester of the training takes place entirely in a company in the form of a final project that assesses the apprentice's ability to carry out an engineering task.
Work in the company is rewarded at ENSIIE with 10 ECTS credits during the first 5 semesters and 30 ECTS credits during the final semester.
A Strong partnership with CFA-EVE
CFA-EVE is our main contact for this program. It manages the relationship with companies and, through its CLOE communication platform, enables the school, the company, and the apprentice to easily manage and evaluate the apprentice's tasks.
In addition, the CFA provides apprentices with the FOCALIZ platform to help them find apprenticeship contract offers related to their training.
Combined programs and dual degrees
Alongside their training at ENSIIE, apprentices carry out tasks in companies abroad. They may also be required to:
Spend a study semester at a partner institution.
Follow the IMSD master’s program.
Follow the Video Games and Digital Interactions pathway.
Participate in the challenge Projets d'entreprendre.
COMPANIES: Offer an apprenticeship contract
