Housing
Finding accommodation in Évry-Courcouronnes and its surrounding areas can take time. It is therefore strongly recommended to start your procedures as early as possible and to multiply your requests to maximize your chances of obtaining accommodation.
To facilitate your research, the Grand Paris Sud conurbation community provides a page dedicated to housing listing accommodation solutions for students in the area:
The ResIIE student association can also guide you and support you in your research. For more details, visit their site:
international and non-scholarship students:
Each year, ensIIE has a contingent of accommodation available as part of partnerships concluded with the CROUS and La Maisel (Maison des Elèves).
This quota is allocated as a priority:
to students welcomed in incoming mobility as part of a partnership agreement (exchange or double degree),
and non-scholarship students in initial training who do not have access to accommodation via the classic CROUS procedure.
Any reservation request must be made to the education department:
which liaises with partner structures and forwards applications.
You are a scholarship holder:
Apart from the quota reserved for EnSIIE, accommodation managed by CROUS is allocated directly via the MesServices. etudiant. gouv. fr platform, as part of the Student Social File (DSE) procedure.
Students receiving scholarships based on social criteria must go through this procedure as a priority.
