Innovation & Digitalization Program
The ensIIE Innovation & Digitalization program—designed for lifelong professional training—supports the upskilling of employees involved in digital transformation projects.
This program is intended for professionals wishing to:

Rapid Prototyping & Fablab
Fusion 360, 3D printing, laser cutting, Arduino / Raspberry Pi, lab-based workshops.
Big Data & Datascience
Concepts, challenges, technologies, data collection and storage, industrial applications.
IoT & Blockchain
Connected objects, architectures, security, protocols; Blockchain principles, use cases, hands-on exercises.
Robotics & Automation
Types of robots, automation, RPA, robot programming workshops.
Artificial Intelligence
Fundamentals, machine learning vs deep learning, neural networks, NLU, generative AI, practical applications.
Managing Digital Transformation
Open innovation, digital platforms, collaborative ecosystems, new business models.
Teaching Approach
The program is tailored to the company’s needs and to the participants’ skill level.
Each module alternates between:
an academic expert (faculty member): state of the art, concepts, methods;
a professional speaker: feedback, use cases, hands-on sessions.
