This program is intended for professionals wishing to:
• strengthen their digital literacy,
• understand emerging technologies,
• lead or contribute to innovation projects,
• retrain for careers in the digital sector.

Training Objectives

  • Understand the key technologies shaping the digital landscape (AI, XR, IoT, Big Data, Blockchain…).

  • Acquire the fundamentals of innovation management and digital transformation.

  • Master essential tools for rapid prototyping, robotics, and immersive environments.

  • Develop a clear understanding of practical uses, limitations, and applications within organizations.

Extended Realities (XR)

  • Virtual, augmented, and mixed reality – technologies, use cases, hands-on workshops with immersive headsets and smart glasses.

  • Rapid Prototyping & Fablab

  • Fusion 360, 3D printing, laser cutting, Arduino / Raspberry Pi, lab-based workshops.

  • Big Data & Datascience

  • Concepts, challenges, technologies, data collection and storage, industrial applications.

  • IoT & Blockchain

  • Connected objects, architectures, security, protocols; Blockchain principles, use cases, hands-on exercises.

  • Robotics & Automation

  • Types of robots, automation, RPA, robot programming workshops.

  • Artificial Intelligence

  • Fundamentals, machine learning vs deep learning, neural networks, NLU, generative AI, practical applications.

  • Managing Digital Transformation

  • Open innovation, digital platforms, collaborative ecosystems, new business models.

Teaching Approach

The program is tailored to the company’s needs and to the participants’ skill level.


Each module alternates between:

  • an academic expert (faculty member): state of the art, concepts, methods;

  • a professional speaker: feedback, use cases, hands-on sessions.

Target Audience

  • Bachelor’s degree level (or higher)

  • Project managers, experts, technical leads

  • Professionals involved in digital transformation projects

  • Individuals retraining for digital careers

Prerequisites

Participants should be involved in activities related to innovation or digital transformation (POC management, tool deployment, definition of use cases…).

Duration & Certification

  • Duration: 12 days (adjustable)

Certificate: Training certificate issued by ensIIE
