Biographie : 

Laurent Caillot is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Global Banking and Investor Solutions (GBIS). Laurent has more than 25 years of experience in Technology within the banking industry, having worked at Goldman Sachs, Barclays CIB, JPMorgan Chase and now Societe Generale. Laurent is a member of the Technology & Operations (GBTO) Executive Committee and a member of the SG Group IT ExCo. 

He is leading the effort to transform the SG information systems towards a leading-edge platform, bringing his experience of the capital market activities and successful IT transformations. Laurent graduated in computer science from ENSIIE in 1997. 

He started his career at Goldman Sachs in 1998, building electronic trading platforms and collateral management systems for the Investment Bank, leading teams in London and then New York. After a few years in Technology Consulting delivering innovative digital transformations, he joined Barclays Investment Bank in 2012 to lead the “Front Office Risk, Pricing & Analytics” Technology. In 2014, he became “Global Head of Capital & Analytics Technology” at JP Morgan Chase, responsible for the re-engineering and computation of Capital calculations, Finance Forecasting and Stress Tests across the firm. Prior to his arrival at Societe Generale, Laurent led the Technology, Operations, Data Management, Project & Change Management, Cybersecurity and Procurement functions at AXA IM since 2019. He was Chairman of the Board of AXA IM entities in France, Luxembourg, Switzerland and in the APAC region. He notably transformed the firm's operating model to make AXA IM one of the most technology.
